PBAT Door-to-Door Movement has commenced grassroots mobilisation in Nasarawa State for re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, with its founder, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, calling for consolidation of administration’s economic reforms.
Represented at launch in Lafia by Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, High Chief Kestin Pondi, Tompolo acknowledged challenges associated with reforms but said continuity was necessary for long-term objectives to be fully realised.
“These reforms need consolidation. Four years are not enough. Benefits of these reforms have not been fully experienced,” he said.

Tompolo pointed to ongoing road construction, increased resources available to state governments, absence of petrol queues and growing investment activity as developments associated with administration’s policies.
He also highlighted proposed investments in Nasarawa State, including 6,000-metric-tonne lithium processing plant, housing projects and other industrialisation initiatives.
Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule commended movement for its support, saying state had benefited from Federal Government’s reforms. He said Nasarawa had cleared outstanding gratuities and executed more than N100 billion worth of capital projects without borrowing from commercial banks.

National Coordinator of movement, Sunday Asuku, said Tompolo had mandated organisation to take mobilisation across local government areas, wards and polling units ahead of 2027 general election.
Launch also featured inauguration of coordinators across state and presentation of vehicles to strengthen movement’s grassroots mobilisation.
