The governing council of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) has appointed Prof. Mojeed O. Liasu as the acting Vice Chancellor of the institution.
The decision to appoint Prof Liasu is contained in a decision extract signed by institution’s registrar, Dr. K.A. Ogunleye at the 138th and Inaugural meeting of the 10th governing council which was held on Wednesday in the Council Chamber of the institution’s Senate Building.
The appointment of Prof Mojeed Liasu is coming following the step-aside order to the then Vice-Chancellor of the University by Governor Seyi Makinde.
Prof. Liasu, until his appointment as the acting VC was the deputy vice Chancellor of the institution. His appointment takes effects from Friday, 16th of April 2021.
