The Lagos State University (LASU) has denied allegations that some of its Law graduates were not mobilised to proceed to the Nigerian Law School.
The university gave the clarification in a statement posted on X, saying records at its Faculty of Law showed that all eligible graduates had been duly mobilised.
“The attention of the University Management has been drawn to an allegation concerning the non-mobilisation of some Law graduates to the Nigerian Law School,” LASU said.
According to the institution, all students who have graduated and are eligible for mobilisation have been duly mobilised.
“Records available at the Faculty of Law show that all students who have graduated and are eligible for mobilisation have been duly mobilised,” it said.
LASU added that records at the University Registry also confirmed that the Registrar had forwarded the list of mobilised graduates to the Nigerian Law School.
The university advised concerned graduates to visit the Office of the Registrar to verify their mobilisation status and obtain clarification.
“Accordingly, all concerned graduates may proceed to the Office of the Registrar to confirm their mobilisation status and obtain any necessary clarification,” it stated.
It reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring that eligible graduates are not unduly delayed in proceeding to the next stage of their professional training.
