The member representing Yagba in the Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Jimoh Omiata, is dead.
It was gathered that Omiata died in Lagos while recuperating from an undisclosed illness he had been battling for a while.
The lawmaker who hailed from Igbagun community in Yagba East Local Government of the state, was a two-term member of the Kogi State House of Assembly.
