The Former president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has arrived in Katsina States after handing over to the new president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Recall that Buhari and his wife, Aisha Buhari left the inauguration venue in Abuja immediately after handing over to Tinubu.
Buhari’s aide Bashir, who made the announcement in a post on his Twitter few minutes ago, said the former president was received by the new Executive Governor of the State, Dikko Umaru.
Sharing pictures of his arrival, Bashir wrote; “Alhamdulillah. Arrived Katsina, safely.
“Former President Muhammadu Buhari touched down in Katsina for one last trip on the Presidential Jet. He was received by the Executive Governor of Katsina State, Mal. Dikko Umaru Radda.”
