Family members, friends and colleagues gathered at This Present House Church, Lekki, Lagos on Thursday for funeral service of veteran Nollywood actor Olu Jacobs.
Among dignitaries were Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat, First Lady Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, former Ogun Governor Ibikunle Amosun. Entertainers, including Dare Art Alade, performed his hit “Pray for Me” featuring Jacobs and wife Joke Silva.
Son Olugbenga Jacobs presented his father’s biography.
Jacobs died Sept 16, aged 84. A Night of Tributes held Wednesday at Glover Memorial Hall, Lagos Island, preceded funeral.
