Nigerian skit maker and boxer Carter Efe has defeated Speed Darlington by unanimous decision after four rounds to retain his celebrity boxing title.
Speed Darlington entered the bout unbeaten, having previously suffered a loss through a technical decision, but Carter Efe secured victory on the judges’ scorecards to maintain his unbeaten record.
Following the fight, Carter Efe said he intends to marry his girlfriend, Taylor Jasmine, before considering his next bout.
The champion also expressed his desire to face international opponents, including boxing legend Floyd Mayweather.
When asked whether a fight with Mayweather could be arranged, the response was met with laughter and a firm rejection.
“Fight with Mayweather? Hell no. That ain’t happening,” he was told.
Carter Efe thanked his supporters after being congratulated on his victory.
