The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has opened an additional service office at Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos, to improve access to business registration and compliance services for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

Unveiled by the Registrar-General and Chief Executive Officer of the Commission, Hussaini Magaji (SAN), the facility is designed to support government efforts aimed at formalizing small businesses and expanding economic inclusion.

The new office is fully equipped to handle core corporate procedures, including business registration, filing of annual returns, and regulatory compliance. Commission officials noted that the strategic placement at TBS will streamline operations for entrepreneurs, reducing processing times and simplifying corporate transactions as part of broader nationwide ease-of-doing-business reforms.
