The Presidential Candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, Peter Obi, has announced former Kano State Governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso, as his running mate.
Obi made the announcement on Saturday after his official confirmation as the NDC presidential candidate.
NDC on Saturday declared Obi its presidential candidate ahead of next year’s general elections.
Obi and Kwankwaso had recently dumped the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for the NDC, citing internal divisions and court cases.
