Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia has doled out N50m and a fully furnished three- bedroom bungalow in Makurdi to Super Falcons winger, Francisca Ordega.
The reward was for her contributions to the Super Falcons’ successful outing at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
The Super Falcons won a record-extending 10th title at the competition.
Ordega made just one appearance for the Super Falcons at the tournament as she was hampered by injury.
The 31-year-old has won WAFCON title five times with the Super Falcons.
The winger has 26 appearances for Nigeria with seven goals to her name.
