Veteran Nollywood actor, Dejumo Lewis, has died. He was aged 80.
His death was confirmed by his colleague, Saidi Balogun, on his Instagram page.
Balogun, sharing the picture of late Lewis said: “Good Night DEJUMO LEWIS, may your soul rest in perfect peace. RIP.”
Dejumo Lewis is famous for playing Kabiyesi role in ‘The Village Headmaster, Nigeria’s longest-running television soap opera shown on NTA.
He was also notable for his roles in “A Place in the Stars”, ‘Crossroads’, ‘Power of 1’, among others.
Although the cause of his demise is yet to be confirmed, many actors have taken to social media to mourn him.
