Governor Uzodimma has flagged off the COVID-19 Vaccination Exercise in Imo State.

The Governor alongside his Deputy, their wives and leadership of the Imo State House of Assembly took their first doses of the Vaccine, encouraged Ndi Imo to register and partake in the exercise.

According to him, “I want to inspire confidence in our people that the vaccine is safe”

Governor Uzodimma used the occasion to salute the effort of the Federal Government, the presidential Taskforce on COVID-19, the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency, NAFDAC and all frontline health worker in the management of COVID-19 in the Country.

He encouraged Ndi Imo to avail themselves to register for the vaccination Exercise
