The University of Ilorin has refuted speculations purportedly issued by the management announcing October 20th as the resumption date for old students.
The University in a statement by its Director of Corporate Affairs, Kunle Akogun described the rumour as fake news adding that the institution was yet to take a decision.
“This statement does not originate from the university management,
The institution also debunked another report on the sale of 2022/2023 Post-UTME Screening Form to applicants.
“This is to inform all admission applicants to the University of Ilorin that the institution is yet to take any decision on the 2022/2023 Post-UTME screening.
“They should, therefore, disregard a message currently flying around online platforms to the effect that the University has started the process for the sale of Post-UTME screening registration forms.
“This is the handiwork of scammers and admission seekers should disregard it,” the statement added.
