President Bola Tinubu on Thursday asked the Senate to confirm seven new ministerial nominees.

This was contained in a letter from the executive and read by Senate President Godswill Akpabio on the floor of the upper legislative chamber.

Recall that President Tinubu on Wednesday sacked at least five ministers and scrapped two ministries.
