He called on his supporters to work for the success of the APC in next month’s governorship election in the state.

Akinterinwa, in a statement by his spokesperson, Segun Ajiboye, said:
“I want to express my deepest appreciation to the duo of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos state and the national chairman of our great party, H. E. Abdullahi Ganduje, for the fatherly role they played to unite members of the APC family in Ondo state ahead of next month’s governorship election.

“I also wish to once again register my appreciation to my supporters and all those who believed in our dreams and commitment to building a united and prosperous Ondo state.

“I hereby call on all members of WA family to go out there and work for the success of our great party, the APC and it’s candidate, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa in the election. This was the promise we all made – to work and ensure the success of the APC all its candidates in any election.

“I thank you all.”
