A Nigerian army personnel has reportedly killed himself in an army barrack in Abeokuta, Ogun state capital.
The soldier identified as Boyi Thankgod, was attached to the 35 Artillery brigade, Alamala in Abeokuta.
He reportedly shot himself in the head at the standby duty on Armed Forces Remembrance Day.
Investigation is ongoing to reveal what led to the incident which occurred on Monday, January 15.
