49-year-old renowned Nigerian filmmaker, Kayode Peters has been buried in Canada on Saturday, August 2, 2025.
His funeral service was held at the McKersie & Early House Funeral Home before his body was moved to the Milton Evergreen Cemetery in Ontario where it was interred.
Late Peters who played the role of Koko in Flatmates, died in Canada on June 28, 2025 after battling an undisclosed illness.
Before he was finally laid to rest in Toronto, a night of tribute was held for him in Lagos and London on July 29.
