The activities for burial ceremony of Nollywood actress, Racheal Oniga is beginning today and would hold for three days, according to her sister, Toyin Odusote.
The Nollywood actress would have a private burial on Friday.
“The interment would be attended by immediate family members only”, Odusote said in a programme published on Instagram.
A symposium organized by a coalition of NGOs and friends will hold today at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ikeja.
A service of songs would hold on Thursday at the Catholic Church of Resurrection in Magodo, Lagos.
The final burial ceremony for the late movie veteran would be on Friday.
Her lying-in state would be at the same Catholic Church of Resurrection in Magodo and interment follows immediately after the lying-in state.
The reception for guests will hold at Grandeur Event Centre, Ikeja.
Odusote said all events are to be attended strictly by invitation and all guests must observe all Covid-19 protocols.
Rachel Oniga passed away on 30 July around 10 p.m.
