President Bola Tinubu has signed the N70,000 new Minimum Wage Bill into law.
The signing ceremony was performed at the Council Chambers of the presidential villa and witnessed by the leadership of the National Assembly and other government functionaries on Monday.
The senate and the House of Representatives had speedily passed the Bill into law last week after they received it from the President.
This was after the Federal Government and the Organised Labour had agreed on N70,000 as the minimum wage.
