Late singer, Mohbad’s father, James Aloba has reacted to viral reports on his daughter-in-law’s claim that he fell out with her because she refused to give him her son’s placenta.
Recall that Omowunmi told the coroner’s inquest into Mohbad’s death on Wednesday that her relationship with her father-in-law was strained because she refused to give him her son’s placenta.
Omowunmi narrated that she and her father-in-law started having issues when she gave birth to her son Liam, and she and Mohbad refused to hand over the baby’s placenta to Joseph.
According to her, it was Mohbad’s decision not to hand over the placenta to him, and she, as the wife, supported him.
However, In a video making the rounds on social media, elder Aloba denied making such a demand, saying, “posterity will be the judge.”
