The Kwara State police Command have rescued Isiaq Khadeejah, the 300-level female Undergraduate of the Kwara State University, Malete who was abducted last Sunday.
The student was abducted on Sunday at one of the Malete off-campuses of the institution at about 9.30p.m.
A statement by the spokesman of the command, Mr Okasanmi Ajayi, in Ilorin on Saturday, disclosed that six suspects have also been arrested in connection with the kidnap.
The statement acknowledged the support of the Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba, local hunters, vigilantes and the school authorities in the rescue operation.
