President Muhammadu Buhari on friday presided over the year 2021 armed forces remembrance day ceremony at the Eagle Square in Abuja.
The annual celebration, which holds every January 15, features parade by armed forces across the 36 states and the federal capital territory (FCT), and the laying of wreaths.
Vice-President Yemi Osinabjo; Ahmad Lawan, senate president; Femi Gbajabiamila, speaker of the house of representatives; Tukur Buratai, chief of army staff, and other service chiefs were in attendance.
