Peter Obi of the Labour Party won the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, with 281,677 votes in Saturday’s presidential election.
While he is yet to be declared the winner by Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, officials, the figures presented by collation officers indicated he won by a wide margin.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC, polled 90,902 votes, while the Peoples Democratic Party’s Atiku Abubakar is trailing with 73,743 votes.
