The National Working Committee, NWC, of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Kaduna State, said it has conducted ward congresses to elect new ward executive committee members.
PDP Chairman, Kaduna State, Felix Hassan Hyat in a statement in Kaduna said after successful conduct of the Ward Congresses, the NWC has approved the elected ward executive committees.
He said the National Working Committee, NWC, further directed the State Working Committee, SWC, to take appropriate steps to inaugurate the newly elected ward executive committee members.
“In line with the above, I have the honour to virtually inaugurate the successful ward officials in accordance with the National Working Committee (NWC)’s decision pursuant to Section 65 of the Party’s Constitution (2017 as amended).
“Therefore, by this announcement, you stand inaugurated as the new ward executive committee members of our great Party, the PDP, effective 27/07/2024 for tenure of four years, ” he said.
