The PBAT Continuity Project, PCP in Ondo state has congratulated the Minister of Interior, Dr Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo on the occasion of his 44th birthday on the 1st of May.

In a statement signed by its Director-General, Pastor Femi Agagu, the PCP praised Tunji-Ojo’s courage, resilience and determination in pursuit of excellence at all times.

He specifically applauded Tunji-Ojo for the unprecedented achievements so far recorded as a minister.

“It is on record that you’re the first minister to, transform the Ministry of Interior from a “Public Holiday Announcing” Channel to a purposeful, vibrant and result oriented ministry with many merit-driven reforms which include repositioning of para-military services under your office, fast and seamless process of passport issuance, clearing of passport backlog and the launch of E-gate at our International airports as well as digitizing correctional services” Agagu said

Agagu also commended Tunji-Ojo for his undying commitment to President Bola Tinubu’s re-lection as evident in his huge financial commitment to many support groups in Ondo state especially PCP, Grassroots Movement For Tinubu, GMT, Asiwaju Mandate Group, AMG and a host of others not forgetting the aggressive funding of Ondo Community Connect, a project currently bridging infrastructural gap in rural areas while also working assidously in support of the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

He described the minister as an embodiment of humility, generosity and kindness, noting that his contribution to human development especially in Ondo state is unmatched.

While noting that leadership is not by age but by purpose, Agagu opined that it is heartwarming that at just 44yrs, Bunmi Tunji-Ojo has written his name in gold through an impactful life.

He therefore prayed God to grant the minister long life in good health as he continues to contribute his quota to National development.
