The Akoko Southeast local government area of Ondo State was agog last week when the train of the PBAT Continuity Project stopped in Ifira Akoko for the inauguration of ward coordinators as the group continues in its grassroots mobilisation for the reelection of President Bola Tinubu in 2027.

The executives of the PBAT Continuity Project, PCP led by its Director-General, Pastor Femi Agagu expressed delight at the turn out of members for the epoch making event.

During the ceremony, Agagu said the group expected nothing less than 100% mobilisation of the local government for President Tinubu ahead of the 2027 election, urging them to swing into action immediately.

Agagu noted “PBAT Continuity Project is a serious minded support group that will work with existing structures of the party to ensure the reelection of President Tinubu in 2027. So, I charge you to take this gospel to all nooks and crannies of your wards and local government in general, reaching out to different segments of the society, team up with the traditional institutions, work with women groups, get through to artisans, we are very optimistic that with a good product like Tinubu, our job of mobilising Ondo State people will not be too hard”.

The PCP Director-General observed that Tinubu had turned around the fortunes of Nigeria since he got to power in 2023, making the economy to rebound while infrastructure, especially roads across the six geo-political zones of the country continue to get upgraded for easy transportation of people and goods.

Agagu gave an assurance that Tinubu was poised for more giant strides if given the opportunity to serve again, calling on residents of Akoko Southeast yet to get their Permanent Voter Card to obtain it from INEC so they could have the power to reelect Tinubu in 2027.

He spoke glowingly about the minister of interior, Hon Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo for his sheer commitment to President Tinubu’s Reelection efforts, funding many groups to take the gospel of “Bola Tinubu for 2027” to all communities within the eighteen local government areas of Ondo state while also assuring Nigerians of the President’s lofty dreams aimed at making the country great again.

“The Minister of interior who is your son in Akoko here is doing well and so committed to Tinubu’s reelection in 2027, BTO is aggressively sponsoring different groups to mobilise Ondo state for Tinubu. Let us justify his huge investment in this project by going all out to get Ondo people’s endorsement for Tinubu ahead of 2027”

Also speaking, a former commissioner for information in the state, Yeyeoba Bamidele Ademola-Olateju while highlighting the numerous achievements of President Tinubu urged the crowd to support him wholeheartedly
assuring them of more dividends of democracy, if he’s re-elected.

Earlier, a chieftain of the APC in Owo, Hon Isiaka Elegberunibon had praised Hon Tunji-Ojo for committing so much to Tinubu’s Reelection bid, urging the people of Akoko Southeast local government to get their Permanent voters cards, PVCs ready for the 2027 presidential election.

Elegberunibon said ” Please go and get your PVC, tell your neighbour to do the same.. We know that Tinubu will win, but the margin should be wide. That’s why we are here to sensitise you. Those who are yet to register should do as soon as possible.

Eleven ward coordinators were inaugurated in Akoko Southeast local government area.

The PBAT Continuity Project’s train moves to Owo and Ose Local Government areas of the state today.
