The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Abdullahi Ganduje, has reacted to the party’s victory in Ondo state identifying Osun and Oyo States as the party’s next target.
Ganduje spoke in reaction to the election victory of Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State describing the governor as a sellable product.
Addressing journalists in Akure, the state Capital after Aiyedatiwa was declared winner, Ganduje said: “This is democracy in action and what is more important is that all major stakeholders including INEC believe that the election was free, fair, and credible.
“Everybody believes that this election is credible, they elected APC for continuity and there will be no abandoned projects.
“He is a candidate that was sellable and we sold him to the public. We also thank Mr President.
“Our next target is Osun, Oyo States and you know we are good at hitting our targets.”
