#Ondodecides: Akeredolu In Early Lead With Results From 12 LGA

Some early results of the Ondo State governorship Election have revealed that the incumbent governor and APC Governorship candidate, Rotimi Akeredolu, is in early lead in the race.

According to result already released from 12 local government Akeredolu is leading his opponents with 37,741 votes with wins in 9 out 12 local government areas.

The local governments are: Ile Oluji, Akoko North-East, Akoko South-West, Akoko South-East, Akoko North-West, Irele,Ifedore, Owo, Akure North,Akure South,Ondo East and Idanre.

According to the results that the Independent National Electoral Commission has declared at the collation centres of the 12 LGAs, Akeredolu polled 178,854 votes while PDP polled 141,113 as of the time of filing this report.

APC- 9,350 PDP-11,852 ZLP-1,860

2. ILE OLUJI/ OKEIGBO LGA

APC- 13,278 PDP- 9,231 ZLP – 1,971

3. AKOKO NORTH EAST LGA

APC – 16,572. PDP – 8,380 ZLP-3,532

4 . AKOKO SOUTH WEST LGA

APC -21,232. PDP- 15,055 ZLP – 2,775

5 . AKOKO NORTH WEST LGA

APC- 15,809 PDP- 10,320 ZLP -3,477

6 . AKURE SOUTH LGA

APC- 17,277 PDP- 47,627 ZLP-2,236

7. AKURE NORTH LGA

APC -9,546 PDP-12,263 ZLP- 1,046

8. ONDO EAST LGA

APC- 6,485. PDP -4,049. ZLP -3,221

9. IRELE LGA

APC – 12,643 PDP -5,493. ZLP- 5,904

10. IDANRE LGA

APC – 11,286. PDP – 7,499. ZLP- 3,623

11. AKOKO SOUTH EAST LGA

APC 9,419. PDP-. 4,033 ZLP- 2,055

12. OWO LGA
