Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, has forwarded the names of six commissioner-designates to the state House of Assembly for confirmation.
The nominees are; Hon. Paul Nosayaba Ohonbamu, Hon. Dr. Washington Osa Osifo, Dr. Paddy Iyamu, Sir Lucky Eseigbe, Andrew Ijegbai and Barr. Marie Olabisi Idaomi
This was contained in a letter on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 by the Umar Musa Ikhilor, Secretary to the Edo State Government.
“I write at the instance of the Governor of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo to forward for the consideration and confirmation Assembly, the underlisted names as Commissioner designates,” the letter read.
“They are Hon. Paul Ohonbamu, Washington Osifo, Paddy lyamu, Lucky Eseigbe, Andrew ljegbai and Marie Olabisi-Idaomi.
“While looking forward to the expeditious confirmation of the names, please accept the assurances of the warm regards of Mr. Governor.”
