Habeeb Hamzat, known as Peller, and his wife Elizabeth Amadou, aka Jarvis have received a ₦400 million Abuja property as a wedding present from Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, aka King Ochacho

The announcement was made during the couple’s lavish white wedding ceremony held in Lagos on Saturday

The wedding attracted celebrities, content creators, business leaders and family members.

King Ochacho, founder of Ochacho Real Homes, surprised guests when he announced the gift, saying the luxury property was being presented to the newlyweds on behalf of his family.

“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller,” he declared, drawing loud cheers from guests.

The gift fulfils a promise King Ochacho made months earlier during Soso Soberekon’s wedding, where he pledged financial support for Peller’s future marriage.

At the time, the businessman invited the TikTok star to his own wedding and promised to send him “six zeros” in financial support before requesting his phone number.

Peller and Jarvis began their journey to marriage after the content creator proposed to her in June 2026 at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Ghana.

The couple later completed their traditional marriage rites in Benin City, Edo State, before holding a court wedding in Lagos on July 29 ahead of their white wedding ceremony.

The star-studded ceremony was attended by notable personalities, including actresses Iyabo Ojo, Eniola Badmus, Papaya Ex, social media influencers Nons Miraj and Purple Speedy, singer Zinoleesky, comedian Cute Abiola, socialite Soso Soberekon and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, among others.
