Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki has sacked over 200 aides, including commissioners.
The announcement was made by his Special Adviser on Media Projects, Crusoe Osagie.
Special Assistants (SAs) and Senior Special Assistants (SSAs) were affected by the termination which is with immediate effect.
The decision was taken at the weekly executive council meeting on Wednesday, May 4.
Governor Obaseki appreciated members of the council for their service to the government and people of the State.
