The Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Prof. Ahmed Abubakar Audi joined the Fourth Nigeria–UK Security and Defence Partnership Dialogue in Abuja.
The meeting held between June 22-24, 2026 brought together security stakeholders from both nations to deepen collaboration against emerging threats.
Talks focused on strengthening intelligence-led operations, improving inter-agency cooperation, and building institutional capacity to enhance national security and public safety.
For NSCDC, discussions stressed safeguarding Critical National Assets and Infrastructure, countering evolving security challenges, and developing resilient systems to support national development.
The dialogue reaffirmed Nigeria and UK’s commitment to stronger security partnerships, regional stability, and sustainable peace through shared expertise and coordinated action.
