The remains of the immediate past Nigeria Ambassador to Jordan, Haruna Ungogo, have been buried on Monday.
His remains were buried at the Naibawa Gabas cemetery in Kano.
The late diplomat died after a brief illness at a government hospital, in Abuja, on Sunday.

He was appointed ambassador to the Kingdom of Jordan and the Republic of Iran by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2016.
Ungogo also served as Secretary to the Kano State Government, as well as a one-time Finance Commissioner, and ex- Rector, Kano State Polytechnic.
