Unknown gunmen have kidnapped two people, including the daughter of a High Court judge, in Maraba Gurgu community on the outskirts of Lafia, Nasarawa State.
The incident, which happened around 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, was contained in a post shared on Thursday by security analyst Zagazola Makama on X.
According to the report, the attackers stormed the residence of the judge and took away his daughter, Hauwa Anisa Shikaru, along with one Abdulkarim Ahmed Iliyasu.
Neighbours said the gunmen struck quickly and escaped before security agents and residents could react.
According to Makama, a search team has since been mobilised to track down the kidnappers and rescue the victims
