Nigerian comedian and actor, Julius Agwu, has revealed that his sexual function was affected after he underwent brain surgery in United States in 2015.
Agwu disclosed this during recent episode of Beer Parlour Talk Show uploaded on Saturday, while discussing effects of surgery on his body, career and personal life.
Responding to question by host on whether brain condition or surgery affected other parts of his body, Agwu said his organ stopped functioning after procedure.
Other guests on programme, including Mr Patrick, explained how nerve involved in procedure was connected to brain, appearing to link nerve damage to effect he described.
Agwu underwent surgery in 2015 after doctors discovered three tumours in his brain, with one reportedly size of golf ball.
Comedian has previously spoken publicly about his health battle and how experience affected his life and career.
He also reflected on his contribution to Nigerian comedy, particularly his role in developing music comedy.
“Music comedy na me form am o, that is to tell you how my brain dey work,” he said.
Agwu broke into tears while recounting his career and expressing feelings of betrayal and abandonment.
“God wey I dey serve, anybody wey get hand for wetin happen to me. I go dey look. My friends deserted me. They stopped talking to me, many of them. It is well,” he said.
