A 46-year-old suspected vandal identified as Friday Nwafor has been apprehended while vandalizing the newly constructed 3rd Mainland Bridge road light indicators.
The suspect was nabbed by officers of the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC) on Tuesday, May 8.
The Special Adviser to the Lagos state governor on New Media, Gawat Jubril disclosed this to newsmen.
He said the items recovered from the suspect were recently installed on third mainland bridge to help with visibility on the bridge at night.
According to him, the suspect who was immediately taken into custody has been handed over to the Commissioner of Police, Lagos Command Mr. Adegoke Fayoade.
