The Governor said celebration of the Armed Forces Remembrance Day is an opportunity to appreciate them while noting that the sacrifices of all fallen heroes will never go in vain.
The governor made this known in his address during the laying of wreaths in commemoration of the 2021 Armed Forces Remembrance Day, at the Remembrance Arcade, Government House, Agodi, Ibadan, on friday.
He reiterated that the responsibility of the government is to encourage and support all officers and men of the security agencies.
The governor further assured the people of Oyo State that the government will continue to do its best in ensuring a safe, secured and stable environment.
