The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has presented certificate of return to Minister of labour and employment, Simon Lalong
The Court of Appeal had earlier sacked Peoples Democratic Party’s Bali Napoleon and declared Lalong as the Senator for Plateau South Senatorial Zone.
There are speculations that Lalong who is now a member of Tinubu’s Cabinet may resign his appointment to go to the red chambers
