Mother of a popular Hausa singer, Dauda Adamu, popularly known as Rarara, Hajiya Hauwa’u Adamu has reportedly died in the hands of her kidnappers.
Recall that on June 28, Rarara’s 75-yr- old mother was kidnapped at her home in Kahutu village, Danja local government area, Katsina State.
However, on Friday the Arewa on their X handle disclosed that the mother of the singer has died in the hands of the kidnappers.
Abductors of Hajiya Hauwa’u Adamu, had reportedly demanded a ransom of N900m for her release.
A source close to the family in Kahutu revealed that the abductors initially demanded N1 billion but later reduced the amount to N900 million after brief negotiations.
