The Department of the State Services has been warned against taking over the security arrangement of the court premises on February 16 until 12 pm ahead of Nnamdi Kanu’s Trial.
Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court in Abuja, who disclosed this said the trial of other cases are affected during Kanu’s arraignment.
Hence the postponement of the IPOB leader’s trial till 1pm on Wednesday, February 16 to ensure that other cases are accommodated.
Justice Nyako however stated that the DSS can only take control of the court security arrangement when the trial of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu resumes.
