The Chairman of Iganna Local Council Development Area of Oyo State,Olayiwola Adeleke have been kidnapped by unknown gunmen .
Reports have it that the gunmen kidnapped Adeleke on Sunday night along the Okeho-Ado Awaye road on his way to Ibadan, the state capital.
The council boss, who was abducted alongside his driver, according to reports, was on his way to meet with the state Governor, Seyi Makinde.

Oyo State Police Spokesman, Olugbenga Fadeyi, confirmed the incident, saying that efforts are being intensified to get him released and arrest the culprits.
Fadeyi added that more information will be released by the state command as soon as the culprits have been arrested.
