Iguma was arraigned on Thursday after his arrest on Wednesday at the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Panti Yaba.

The influencer was accused of calling out the real estate firm for fraudulent practices.

“If anything happens to me, PWAN should be number 1 suspect. If anything happens to my family, nuclear and extended, hold PWAN responsible, even if I fall sick, hold PWAN responsible,” he wrote.

Scott Iguma had on Monday, in a series posts on Instagram, alleged: “PWAN sells receipts for customers instead of land. I was at the EFCC again yesterday to submit another 25 petitions against PWAN. So we now have a total of 130 petitions from customers that have been sent to the EFCC against PWAN.

“And we have about 30 victims that we have not filed their petition. Day after day, more victims are still coming to my DM and telling me the atrocities that they have gone through.”

Prior to his arrest, Iguma had accused the owner of PWAN of using some top police officers to oppress victims when they try to speak out

The police however, claimed that his accusations were made with the intent to damage the firm’s reputation.
