The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC on Tuesday presented certificates of return to Edo state Governor, Godwin Obaseki and his deputy, Comrade Philip Shaibu.
The National Commissioner supervising Edo, Rivers and Bayelsa States, Mrs. May Agbamuche-Mbu presented the Certificates of Return to the winners at the INEC’s Office in Benin City, the state capital.
