Personnel of the Borno State Hisbah Board have forcefully shaved the hair of some youths including underaged boys in the state.
The Deputy Commander-General, Mal. Abdurahaman Musa revealed this in a statement posted on the board’s Facebook page on Monday, April 24, 2023.
According to him, the youths’ hairstyles is immoral, un-Islamic and against the culture of the state.
