Gunmen have abducted the wife of the youth leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Oyo State, Mrs. Arikeade Oni-Salawu.
Report says that Mrs Salawu, who is a medical doctor, was kidnapped in front of her house at Aromolaran, Old Ife Road, Ibadan, on Sunday night.
A former Spokesman of the party, Wasiu Sadare, was reported to have confirmed the incident.
“This is unfortunate. We don’t want to talk now so as to allow security agencies to do their work.
“We pray for her quick release. Those people are yet to contact the family,” Sadare was quoted.
