Chairman, Guma Local Government Area of Benue State, Mike Ubah, has confirmed the death of three persons in an attack on Tse Numgbera community.
Although the cause of the attack was not made known as at the time of filing this report, however, the incident has thrown the affected rural community, near Yelewata, in Guma into mourning.
Also confirming the attack, Waku Christopher, a Security Secretary of Guma LGA, said that the three people were killed by suspected armed herders at their homes in Tse Numgbera at 4:20 pm.
He added that the attackers invaded the village suddenly and started unleashing mayhem on the inhabitants during which three people were killed.
