The Taraba State Governor, Darius Ishaku, has lost his election bid for Taraba South Senatorial District in the National Assembly.
According to the declaration by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, Governor Ishaku lost to his All Progressives Congress,APC counterpart, David Jimkuta.
While Ishaku who is PDP Candidate polled a total of 45,708 votes, Jimkuta polled 85,415votes to win the election.
