Inaugurating the committee today in Abuja, Governor Buni charged the committee to resolve all differences among members.

The Chairman said although the Caretaker committee had reconciled most members with differences, the outcome of the ward and local government Congresses might have created some new differences and this need to be checked.

He said the essence of the committee is to harmonize all differences and to cement all cracks so as to approach the national Convention with a united front.

According to him, the outcome of the committee’s assignment would have great impact on the conduct of the party’s National Convention.

Gov. Buni commended stakeholders of the party for making great contributions and sacrifices to rediscover the party after the NEC resolution of 25th June 2020 which ended the tenure of the Oshiomoleh led National Working Committee.

He said the party recorded milestone achievement in membership registration and revalidation to give the party ownership to members.

Sen. Abdullahi Adamu commended the Chairman Caretaker committee for finding him and members of the committee worthy of service to the party.

He assured that the committee will strive to achieve the goals for which it was constituted.

Sen. Adamu solicited for more support from the Caretaker committee and all party stakeholders to facilitate the success of the committee.
