Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has described the death if former Lawmaker , Maikano Rabi’u, Dallatun Bichi and District Head of Dawakin Tofa, as a personal loss.
“We received the news of the demise of my personal person, Dr Maikano Rabi’u, the Dallatun Bichi and District Head of Dawakin Tofa, with deep sense of shock,” he said.
In a condolence message by his Chief Peas Secretary, Abba Anwar, Ganduje said the late Dallatun Bichi died as a respected and respectful traditional leader, whose wealth of experience fruited positive results in Bichi Emirate and the state in general.

“It is therefore on behalf of the government and people of Kano state, that I am extending this condolence to his families, Bichi Emirate Council, his friends and well wishers.
” May Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala, grant him Jannatul Fiddaus. And may He forgive his wrongdoings and reward his good deeds,” prayed the governor.
After praying for him, he also urged his family to take a leaf from the exemplary life he lived, emphasising that, “His concern was always the development of his state and the country in general. His death was indeed a great loss to us all.”
