It was all fun as families, friends, associates and well wishers; on Sunday; joined Rev. Mrs. Temilola Gbadebo, wife of the Founder and General Overseer of the Godliveth Worldwide Ministries; Revd. Soji Gbadebo; in the grand Thanksgiving Service and Reception to mark her sixtieth birthday.

The diamond jubilee celebration of Mrs. Gbadebo began with a Thanksgiving Service at the Church’s headquarters in Akure, and later climaxed with a grand reception at the Exclusive Events Centre, Akure.

In a chat with PRESENT NIGERIA, the celebrant, Rev. Mrs. Temilola Gbadebo expressed gratitude to God for sparing her life and for making the day a reality.

While thanking her husband, her children and the Church of God for their supports, Mrs. Gbadebo thanked all those who came from far and near to celebrate with her on her special day.

The husband of the celebrant, Rev. Soji Gbadebo while describing his wife as a virtuous woman and a prayer warrior who has been through thick and thin with him, wished her more fruitful years.

Rev. Gbadebo who also used the opportunity to pray for his wife, acknowledged her numerous supports for the actualization of his call and ministry

Responding to questions asked by journalists, the first son of the celebrant; Temitope Gbadebo Esq; who spoke on behalf of the children and grand children, said celebrating 60th birthday at a time like this is nothing but grace as God has been faithful to keep his mother alive to witness the day.

Bar. Gbadebo who described his mother as caring and loving, said the family decided to celebrate her in recognition of all that she represents both to her immediate and extended family and as well as a spiritual leader to many families scattered all abroad.

One of the royal guests, Asae of Akure kingdom, Senior High Chief Sola Adegbonmire in his remark described the celebrant as a faithful wife whose humility is equal to none and whose life is worthy of emulation.

Some of the personalities that graced the occasion include Bar. Eyitayo Jegede, the Asamo of Akure kingdom, High Chief Rotimi Fasae, Ministers of God, government functionaries among others.
